Button Up Management, its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, and “Our” (and other similar terms)) understand that your privacy is important to you and are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data. Button Up Management’ data centers are hosted in the United States. Please note that by providing us with your personal information it may be stored or processed in a country different from your country of residence that may not have privacy laws that are as strong or comprehensive as the privacy laws in your own country. If you do not wish to allow the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information within a country different from your country of residence, you should not engage with Button Up Management or use the Website. If not, we will ask you to provide additional verification information. What we request will depend on the nature of your request, how sensitive the information is, and how harmful unauthorized disclosure or deletion would be.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to delete your personal data as required but retain records necessary to comply with a governmental authority or applicable federal, state, or local law. Where legally permitted, we may decline to process requests, including requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, or jeopardize the privacy of others.
The privacy principles in this Privacy Policy have been developed based on the introduction of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Philippines Data Privacy Act including additional policies such as the Cookie Policy have been developed to reflect changes in EU.

Where Button Up Management collects personal information directly from you, it will be provided in clear and conspicuous language when individuals are first asked to provide personal information to Button Up Management, or as soon as practicable thereafter, and in any event before Button Up Management uses or discloses the information for a purpose other than that for which it was originally collected.

Button Up Management will offer You the opportunity to choose (opt in/opt-out) whether your Personal Information is (a) to be disclosed to a non-processor third party, or (b) to be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by You.
For Sensitive Personal Information, Button Up Management will give you the opportunity to affirmatively and explicitly consent (opt-in) to the disclosure of the information to a non-processor third party or the use of the information for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by you. Button Up Management will provide you with reasonable mechanisms to exercise their choices. You can modify your information at any time by request, or ask that your information be deleted. You can also request and select to have your information used in a limited way.
Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation. Button Up Management will use personal Information only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by You. Button Up Management will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.
Recourse, Enforcement and Liability. Button Up Management will conduct compliance audits of its relevant privacy practices to verify adherence to this Privacy Policy, and to assess potential liability in cases of onward transfer to third parties. Any employee that Button Up Management determines is in violation of this Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Button Up Management commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your Personal Information. Accountability for Onward Transfer. Button Up Management will obtain assurances from third parties that they will safeguard Personal Information consistently with this Policy. Examples of appropriate assurances that may be provided by third parties include: a contract obligating the third party to provide at least the same level of protection as is required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”, or being subject to another European Commission adequacy finding (e.g., companies located in Canada). Where Button Up Management have knowledge that a Processor is using or disclosing Personal Information in a manner contrary to this Policy, Button Up Management will take reasonable steps to prevent or stop the use or disclosure.
Service Agreements between Button Up and its clients will define a billing dispute process. If it is determined that an overpayment has been made to Button Up, Button Up will either refund the overpayment to the account or card the payment was made from, or deduct the overpayment amount.
Delivery of Button Up services to clients will differ in method depending on the services rendered. In most cases, Button Up will supply client with a CRM, customized to the client's needs, and will perform the contracted services by employing agents to make calls, perform outreach, or otherwise manage client's contacts within this CRM. Depending on services rendered, Button Up may also integrate with client's existing tools and platforms or continuously import client data into the CRM for ease of use and visibility.
All services provided by Button Up are intangible and thus no material returns are applicable to Button Up's services. If there is a billing dispute, it will be handled via the steps outlined in this policy above.
Button Up services are unique to the clients they are provided for, and as such, the process of service cancellation will vary from client to client and will be defined in the service agreement between Button Up and its client. In most cases Button Up requires a 30 day written cancellation notice in order to terminate an active service agreement or otherwise cancel services.

From time to time it may become necessary to update or change our Privacy Policy consistent with changes in data protection laws and Button Up Management’ privacy program.
